ACCESSING & EDITING ESTIMATE DETAILS

In this article we will cover how a user would locate or edit an existing estimate within FieldCentral. 

Knowing how to navigate to this portion of the system will help ensure that you are able to stay on top of your customer estimates and adjust/review as needed. Within the Estimate Details section users are able to adjust dates, monthly billing information, in addition to adding notes. 


Once you have logged into your FieldCentral web account, navigate to the Main Menu in the top left corner and click “Sales & Est.”


The user can either click “Open” on “Estimates & Opportunities” to view the full log and then click on the $ sign icon for the desired item or if the desired item is visible within the window preview, the user can utilize the link icon with the $ sign to view the estimate. 

This will bring the user to the Estimate Details page where they can review all information pertaining to the selected estimate.

To edit, you will first need to click the “Edit” button in the top right corner. If adjustments are made, be sure to click “Save”.


Knowing how to access your estimates will help ensure you are able to stay on top of your business and manage as necessary. 

 

Reminder on FieldCentral Pricing Structure:

  • If there is no Price Override, the system will default to Property Level Pricing
  • If there is no Property Level Pricing, the system will default to Price Matrix values
  • If the Work To Do is not assigned to a Price Matrix, the Work To Do Default (base) pricing will stand
