COLLECTING PAYMENT VIA THE SCHEDULE PAGE

FieldCentral clients with the Stax add-on feature can now collect payment from their customers directly from the “Schedule” page!


On the Schedule page, once users have entered the appropriate property/customer into the search bar, they will use the “$ Collect Payment” button to review all open invoices for the property. 


Open Invoices will be displayed on the left side of the modal. Contacts associated with the property and payment information will be displayed on the right side.


If the customer would like to make a payment via credit card, Users are able to also apply payment information directly to the desired open invoice(s). 

If the property contact already has a method of payment saved, users can use the “$ Pay” button.

If the customer elects an existing form of payment, a confirmation message will appear to confirm where to send the payment receipt (Email, SMS or No Receipt) and process the payment by clicking “Submit”.

If the customer would like to add a “New Payment Method”, they will have the option to use the  new payment method (1) as a one time payment for any invoice(s) selected or (2) simply “Save Card” for future use.

User Access Notes:

Users Assigned as Company Owner, Office Manager, and Accountant will automatically have access to Payment functionality.

Users Assigned as Foreman or Crew/Technician will need Payments to be enabled.
