Having trouble with confirmation links? Try this first…
Note: Confirmation links will NEVER work if you are testing them on the same network connection as the server. We recommend testing the confirmation link from a cell phone that's disconnected from your Wi-Fi and is connected to a mobile data connection.
Make Sure HindSite connect is up to date
- In daily work, Click on Dashboard.
- Got to HindSite Connect.
- Check the Current Version against the expected version
- If the connect version is not up to date please contact HindSite support.
If up to date, try re-adding the ~~confirmy~~ links on the template in SendGrid and then refresh the templates in HindSite
- Refreshing the templates can be done from: Go to maintenance > Utilities > Application set up > HS Connect > refresh on the top right on the email templates.
