CONFIRMATION LINKS NOT WORKING

Having trouble with confirmation links? Try this first…

Note: Confirmation links will NEVER work if you are testing them on the same network connection as the server. We recommend testing the confirmation link from a cell phone that's disconnected from your Wi-Fi and is connected to a mobile data connection.

Make Sure HindSite connect is up to date


  1. In daily work, Click on Dashboard.
  2. Got to HindSite Connect.
  3. Check the Current Version against the expected version
  4. If the connect version is not up to date please contact HindSite support. 

If up to date, try re-adding the ~~confirmy~~ links on the template in SendGrid and then refresh the templates in HindSite


  1. Refreshing the templates can be done from: Go to maintenance > Utilities > Application set up > HS Connect > refresh on the top right on the email templates.
