Creating Single Sender in Sendgrid

A single sender is necessary to set up in order to send emails to customers inside of FieldCentral.

  1. Login to Sendgrid
  2. Click settings on the left side
  3. Click sender authentication

  1. Click Verify a Single Sender

  1. Fill out the information on the right side

  • From name = Company Name
  • From email address = The email address to say the emails are sending from
  • Reply to = The email address the replies go to (can be different but can be the same)
  • Fill out company address information
  • Nickname = Can be anything. The most common choice is Office
