Creating Teammates in Sendgrid

This article covers how to create teammates inside of Sendgrid. Teammates are additional users to have access to editing and updating email templates inside of Sendgrid.

  1. Login to Sendgrid
  2. Click settings on the left side
  3. Select teammates


  4. Click add teammate
  5. Select add password teammate
  6. Enter in their email address
  7. Choose access level
  8. Click Invite
  9. They will get an email about their account set up. Follow the instructions on the email or click Here for first time login instructions.
