In this article we will cover how a user would make a service category or a specific work to do inactive and therefore no longer usable to schedule services.
Knowing how to deactivate work to dos or service categories is one important aspect of managing all of your services and ensuring that the services you offer are current.
Once you have logged into FieldCental, navigate to the Settings Page via the quick access panel.
Select “Services”.
Then select “Services & WTDs”.
Select the corresponding pencil icon depending on if you wish to deactivate a specific work to do or an entire service category.
If deactivating a service category, the user will toggle off the “active” option and then save.
If deactivating a specific work to do, the user will uncheck the “active” checkbox and then click save.
Continue this process as needed to ensure your services and WTDs are up to date for your customers. By staying on top of which services are active will help ensure that your database stays clean and organized.
