In this article we will cover how to disable discounts for parts or materials.
Knowing how to disable any discounts from being applied to your parts or materials will help ensure that your invoicing is accurate on the backend.
Once users have logged into their FieldCentral web account, navigate to the Settings Page via the quick access panel.
Select “Materials”.
Use the arrows on the left hand side to expand the material categories as needed. Users can click the pencil icon on a material category or a specific part within that category.
Within the pop up window the user will then select the option at the bottom to “disable discount” and then click Save.
Users are able to do this for as many parts or materials as needed. Any part or material with this option selected will not allow any discounts to be applied and therefore will always change the specified amount.
