EMAIL TEMPLATE SETUP "REQUEST SERVICE FORM SUBMISSION"

If you have the FieldCentral Connect add-on feature and are utilizing the “Request Forms” builder, you will first need to enable the appropriate email template to receive submissions.


Once you have logged onto your FieldCentral web account, navigate to Settings either via the Main Menu or the quick access panel. 


Select “Communications”.



Select the green plus button under the “Email Template” section. 


Complete the below selections as follows: 

  • Template Name: Request Service Form Submission
  • Email Type: Request Form Submittal
  • Unsubscribe Group: Request Forms
  • Service: Request Forms

Then, type in which email address should receive the submitted requests via the “Email Address to Send” Form field. 




Once this email template has been setup, the identified email address will receive the Request Form submissions
