FieldCentral Release 1.6.18.0 (11/9/23)

We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral. The announcement will be broken up into two sections: New Things and Resolved Issues.

NEW THINGS:

The following are new features that provide you with additional capabilities and functionality. 

  • Users accessing the visits menu will at a glance be aware of non contracted visits that have one or multiple potential contract associations.
  • Users accessing the Visits menu will be able to review visits "recommended for contract association" and subsequently perform a mass action to associate those visits to their relevant contracts
  • Users may now manage a visit's contract association from the Visit Summary
  • Companies can now carry Class across on time records to QuickBooks Desktop and Online.

 

RESOLVED ISSUES: 

The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved. 

  • Removed duplicate pin display from the Route based maps on the Schedule.
  • Inactive Employees will no longer display when creating time records.
  • Correct a calculation that caused the Gross Profit report and Tech Revenue Dashboard to misrepresent material pricing amounts.
  • Property level pricing will now honor $0 prices instead of falling back to Work To Do Default values.
