FieldCentral Release 1.6.6.0 (8/21/23)

We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral. The announcement will be broken up into three sections: New Things, Updated Features, and Resolved Issues.


We greatly appreciate any time you invested in order to either report an issue or request an enhancement. Your feedback is highly valued! 

NEW THINGS:

The following are new features that provide you with additional capabilities and functionality. 

  • Payment users will now be able to distribute payment links via text or email from the payment modal on the schedule screen.

  • Users will now be able to add and edit contact information from the payment modal.

  • When distributing a payment link consisting of several QuickBooks invoices, user's will observe those invoices visually grouped within the payment modal.

  • When taking payment with a credit card, users will now be able to choose a receipt location for the transaction.

UPDATED FEATURES:

The following are updates to existing features that are intended to enhance the quality of life for our clients. 

  • When adding or editing times from the visit summary, intractable fields will be surface level instead of served in a sub modal.

  • When rescheduling a visit from the incomplete menu, users will be placed on the current day instead of the day the visit was marked incomplete.

RESOLVED ISSUES: 

The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved. 

  • Administrative notes will now correctly be editable within the incomplete menu.
  • Tooltip notes will no longer flicker when hovering over the notes icon.
  • When scheduling a visit from the property summary via drag-and-drop, users will no longer be set to the date the visit was originally scheduled for.
