FieldCentral Release 1.7.0.0 (12/13/23)

We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral. The announcement will be broken up into three sections: New Things, Updated Features, and Resolved Issues.


We greatly appreciate any time you invested in order to either report an issue or request an enhancement. Your feedback is highly valued! 

NEW THINGS:

The following are new features that provide you with additional capabilities and functionality. 

  • Created "Request Forms" which can be embedded in emails or websites. These forms can collect requests for service, estimates, service ratings, etc.

  • Added Azuga integration to display Vehicle GPS locations to the schedule screen's "Map A Day" function.

UPDATED FEATURES:

The following are updates to existing features that are intended to enhance the quality of life for our clients. 

  • QuickBooks fullname is now an accessible value from the Accounts page.
  • When searching properties on the schedule a minimum of three characters will now be required to increase page performance.
  • The billing page will now display if a visit has an outstanding payment link or payment against that visit.

RESOLVED ISSUES: 

The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved. 

  • Safari will now correctly interpret the date when Mass Scheduling.
  • Shift rain day will now shift the entire range of days forward the designated timeframe.
  • The visits grid will now retrieve and display canceled visits.
  • Increased the character limit of the QuickBooks Online "invoice's sent" confirmation dialog to avoid "This site can't be reached" display issues.
  • Corrected an issue causing the Advanced Mapping to not load visual assets.
