We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral. The announcement will be broken up into three sections: New Things, Updated Features, and Resolved Issues.

NEW THINGS:
The following are new features that provide you with additional capabilities and functionality.
- Stax ACH payments will now be sent to QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
- Color rules allows user's to elevate visit and property detail when mass scheduling for a more efficient experience. Taking advantage of this feature will allow you to represent up to two details as pin colors when mass scheduling.
UPDATED FEATURES:
The following are updates to existing features that are intended to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- Stax invoices will now honor the same settings as QuickBooks for displaying Visit and Field Remarks on invoices.
- Corrected an issue with mobile app payment processing - where a user could not attempt to process another payment for a completed visit, even if the error came from a bad card (i.e. not a technical error).
- The schedule tooltip can now be changed from a "display on hover" to "display on click". This option can be configured within Settings > Schedule View > Tooltip Display Behaivor Options.
- Estimates will now default to sort by Creation Date.
- Users can now mass select and deselect visits sending to QuickBooks from the Billing page.
- When adding materials within the visit summary the material description will now display the description text.
RESOLVED ISSUES:
The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved.
- FieldCentral will send over the correct tax code to QuickBooks Desktop when synced.
- The email variable ~~V: DATETIME 2 HRS LUNCH~~ is not showing the correct time.
- On the Estimate grid, the email status values are now accurately showing the status.
- The "Missing Value for Price Matrix" alert will no longer trigger unless a Price Matrix value is missing.
- The Swap Day function will now allow visits to be moved to earlier dates.
- When sending Estimates, Outlook will now correctly read the attachment as a PDF.
- With the trip charge QB Fullname and Description blank, the labor line is now using the WTD QB Fullname.
- Corrected an issue where Contacts could not be disassociated from Management Companies.
- Updated the "Amount" column within the Estimates grid to ignore inactive Work To Do's.
- Labor calculation items within an estimate have been updated for improved accuracy.
- Management company contacts can now correctly be assigned as "Email Invoice" and "Default" on a property.
- Fixed an issue where "Next Steps" could not be created for Estimates.
- Fixed a field application issue where Apple devices did not recognize the property Address for navigation.
- Assessments will not skip answered questions when "Skip if Answered" is assigned.
- The field application Visit Summary will now correctly display the prepaid trip charge.
- Material pricing on field created estimates will no longer duplicate.
- Corrected an issue where Work To Do Notes within an Estimate were not displaying.
- The Needs Attention Unbilled Visits has been updated to better calculate visits due to be sent to QuickBooks.
- The "Logo Size" on Request Forms can now be configured between Small, Large, or None.
- Users can now successfully take payment in the field regardless of the Property existing within QuickBooks.
- Fixed an issue that caused Azuga vehicles to not be assignable within Vehicles and Equipment.
- Corrected an issue where Price Matrix "Do Not Allow Invoicing" was causing an error.
- Field Application users can now add a "Visit Note" during Field Visit Creation.
- Fixed an issue where "View other crew's schedules" was disrupting Websyncing.
- Generally improved the speed of the Schedule screen.
- Corrected an issue where Assessment question answers were not displaying within the Assessment report.
- Generally improved the speed of the Accounts screen.
- Completed visits on the field application will now retain User Defined Field data for access and display.
- A new FieldCentral connect variable is now available for custom time ranges.
- Canceled visits will no longer stop a contract from being canceled.
- Property Name will no longer display on the schedule visit block twice when assigned from Schedule View.
- When mass creating estimates the "number of estimates to be created" was incorrect in some scenarios.
- Field Created Customers will now honor the setting for "Include all email and texting types".
- When accessing a visit on the schedule, sending a text will no longer require a "Save" prior to updating the Visit Notes.
- Property level Work To Do notes will now be included in the Work To Do Estimate notes.
- Pricing will now correctly catch on the property level "rate type", and fall back to Price Matrix / Work To Do defaults for other blanks values.
- Updated Gross Profit calculations for accuracy.
