We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral. The announcement will be broken up into three sections: New Things, Updated Features, and Resolved Issues.

UPDATED FEATURES:
The following are updates to existing features that are intended to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- When editing a contract from inside a property, the contact edit box will no longer minimize when clicking outside the edit area.
RESOLVED ISSUES:
The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved.
- Updated visit summary will now allow updates to empty values when deleting notes.
- Crew members will now correctly reflect the helper rate regardless of crew assignment.
- Corrected an issue where invalid Work To Do's would stop scheduling from the RouteBuilder.
- Notes will no longer overwrite Labor, Materials, and Flat Rates populated from Estimates.
- Prepaid Liability deductions will now match the prepaid amount, including honoring discounts.
- Attached files will now always honor the "automatically check to field" setting.
- Field Payment Collection for QuickBooks Online users will now carry the correct date, rather than the previous day.
- Corrected an issue where extended visits associated to a contract would not display in billing.
- Updated logic for displaying colored balance age on the schedule to address a few corner case scenarios.
- Estimates will now use the management company name in the billing address, instead of the property name.
- Corrected an issue where flat rate sub materials were not being removed when a flat rate material was deleted, causing duplicate sub material records.
- Updated the preview link for Request Forms to correctly register associated email templates.
- Corrected an issue where Multi Bid estimates in some cases were not inheriting discount logic.
- Updated logic for QuickBooks classes to utilize sub classes within QuickBooks.
- When viewing distance colors on the two month calendar on the schedule the selected day will display as an outline, as opposed to filling the day and overriding distance colors.
- Distributor parts import will now correctly identify existing materials.
- Updated QuickBooks Online export to update customer information regardless of QuickBooks Fullname being populated.
- When importing Contacts from QuickBooks, Duplicate Contacts will no longer be created if the contact is missing phone or email information.
- Assessments will now correctly display images for historic and future captures.
- When mass creating Visits To Do FieldCentral will correctly apply the "default" rate type.
- Fixed an issue where swap days could impact non targeted crews on the specified days.
- Updated Payment Links so MacOS would correctly interpret the existing link, instead of reinterpreting values as a webdoc.
- Corrected an issue where administrative times could not be added via the TimeSheets page.
