We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral. The announcement will be broken up into three sections: New Things, Updated Features, and Resolved Issues.

NEW THINGS:
The following are new features that provide you with additional capabilities and functionality.
- On the Visits To Do screen, users have a 'Mass Action' option to take the results list and Export to Excel.
- On the Incompletes screen, users have a 'Mass Action' option to take the results list and Export to Excel.
UPDATED FEATURES:
The following are updates to existing features that are intended to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- When Notes fields are added to the Schedule Screen tooltip, and a notes value has a lot of text, scroll bars show so users can see the entire note.
- The column filters on the Visits screen will stay in place when also using the list filter options on that left side of the screen.
- On the Account Search screen, when a user clicks on the icons to view a Property, Management Company, or Contact, a new browser tab is opened instead of redirect.
- Property information (i.e. Property Name, Service Address & Management Company) will now persist on top of the screen, regardless of the tab view selected.
- Added additional columns to the Visits To Do page: Address Line 1 & Balance Due.
RESOLVED ISSUES:
The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved.
- Fixed an issue where Schedule Block data on the Schedule screen disappeared or did not honor the view settings.
- Addresses with a Country code of CAN will now follow the correct Postal Code format, and not be required for saving.
- When creating a Property, the Company field will no longer auto-populate the Company Name field.
- Fixed an issue where the Visits on the Schedule Screen calendar were not being crossed out.
- The Schedule Screen tooltip correctly shows the WTD Name as the Task Name - previously was showing WTD description.
- The Gross Profit report will display the correct labor sales amounts for visits that had T&M bill type and marked as Invoice, but no Invoice was created.
- The Field App will correctly display the default Contact associated with the Property assigned to the Visit.
- Fixed an error where the system was requiring data to be populated on a Contact in order to Create or Save the record.
- The route a day screen correctly displays a map.
