FieldCentral Release Notes May 2026 (6/11/2026)
We are excited to share with you the updates included in this release for FieldCentral.

RESOLVED ISSUES:
The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved.
- The correct texting template will be pre-selected when scheduling a visit.
- Invoices can be created for services where a trip charge is configured with 0 minutes.
- Resolved an issue where checking 'use for payments' was removing the primary email/phone number selection from the Contact.
- Optimizing a route when mass scheduling will correctly arrange the visits in logical order.
- Resolved an issue where cancelled / deleted visits were occasionally showing in the field app.
- All active techs will now be selectable on the mass schedule map.
- Attaching copied visits to a contract will now remain on the schedule.
- Users can now delete attachments with an apostrophe in the file name.
- When converting a UDF to numeric, and at least one value is not numeric, users will be shown a warning message that data needs to be updated.
- (Mobile) Resolved issue where the field app would occasionally freeze on syncing.
