RESOLVED ISSUES:
The following are client-reported issues and HindSite Software discovered issues that have now been resolved.
- Corrected an issue where Captcha entry was timing out on Request Forms.
- Updated process that monitors remaining monthly billings to ensure count was accurate.
- When importing property data only data listed in the import file will be updated.
- When transitioning between 30 and 15 minute schedule intervals budgeted time will now correctly reflect on the visit block.
- The schedule block hover over will now offer a scroll bar to accommodate larger quantities of data.
- Updated the alignment between estimates and contracts when a customer electronically accepts a multi bid estimate.
- Corrected an issue where payments were being stuck in the queue.
- Adjusted Accounts mass estimate creation process to facilitate single and multi bid estimate creation.
- Request form subdomain access has been updated to better accommodate anonymous traffic.
- Updated contract retrieval and display in the Contracts list to accommodate imported and auto renewed contracts.
- Reopened contracts will now prompt the visit association when creating relevant visits on the schedule.
