Payroll Item Error
- Open the Employee in HS and make sure their Payroll Type and OverTime Type are filled in and correct (If they use them).
- Make sure the service exists in HindSite and QuickBooks.
Employee Not found in QB when sending Timesheets
- Make sure the Employee description (NOT QB Fullname) matches the employee in the Employee Center in QB.
Customer ID showing in notes when sending timesheets
- Delete and re-create the office user. *This is very rare*
