GPS VEHICLE LOCATOR VIA AZUGA

In this article we will cover the GPS Vehicle Locator via Azuga integration. Users will now be able to keep track of their crews/vehicles throughout the workday. This is helpful for general visibility but also for ensuring crews are running on time and giving you the ability to provide customers with any important ETA information.

*Please note that Azuga integration will need to be enabled & setup for this feature to be available.


Once you have logged into your FieldCentral web account, navigate to the Schedule Page via the Main Menu or the quick access panel.


Using the “Select An Action” drop down, select “Map a Day”.


This will open a pop up window displaying all vehicles/crews that have the GPS locator enabled via Azuga.


Users can select to view “All Crews” or a specific crew as desired. If the vehicle is associated with a named crew, it will display the alphabetical character associated with that crew on the map view. 

They will also be able to see the last time that the location was tracked.

If the user would like to see additional information about the particular vehicle, click on the vehicle icon for an information bubble to appear. 


Users can use their mouse to move around the map as needed, in addition to the + and - buttons to zoom in and out to locate the needed vehicle.
