HindSite Solution: Release 22.1.3 (3/14/22)

UPDATES:

  • Prepayments now have an option to mark the prepayment item as a taxable item for QB Online.
  • In certain circumstances, selecting an estimate from the contact record would throw an error. This has been fixed.
  • The pre-payment button is now available on the Contact list screen for QB Online.
  • The message displaying on the maps that the browser control is not supported has been fixed
  • Once a work order under a snow event is invoiced, that work order will not be displayed in snow manager again
  • Auto renewal contracts now use a new indicator if they should auto renew or not
  • When a map is displayed, the default location will now use one of two addresses to start from. First it will look at an option in Display options in Application Setup. There is a new drop down filled from the schedule screen using the addresses of starting and ending routes when routing. If this drop down is empty, it will use the company information in Application Setup.

NEW:

  • Sage 50 Canada 2022-2
  • When editing an estimate, if the entered estimate amount is higher than the calculated amount, a user may be stopped from printing or emailing that estimate. There is a new check box on the edit user screen that allows a user to move forward with that estimate.
  • Estimates now have a default labor rate that can be applied to the amount of labor calculated from the parts entered.
  • Estimates also now have an option to add a labor difficulty percentage to a bid. This uses difficulty factors set up in Property Characteristics.
  • Pink notes popping up will last for 1 month. The archives still hold all messages for 1 year
  • Inactive requests will delete after 1 month
  • Non auto renewal contracts no longer send pink notes for notifications. Requests will pop up for the designated user and by clicking on the request you can manually renew a contract.
