Time Summary Report

What is a Time Summary report?

This report is a detailed summary of what an employee did or did not do for the period of time as well as what revenue was produced by that employee for the time period.

Here is a rough breakdown of what you will see within a Time Summary report and a definition of what each means.

 

Work To Do Type – The Work To Do that was completed.

WTD Qty/Count – The total number of that Work To Do that was completed.

Total Time – The total accumulated actual time.

Time % – The total percentage of actual time recorded on the Work To Do.
Total Time ÷ Total of the Total Time = Time %

Avg Time – The average time spent across all of the visits included within the WTD Qty count.
Sum of each visit’s total accumulated time ÷ WTD Qty/Count = Avg Time

Report Avg – The average time across the entire report for all regardless of WTD.

Diff. – Differences between the Avg Time vs Report Avg

Billed – The total billed material/labor/totals for the WTD within the report.

Cost – The total cost of material/labor/totals for the WTD within the report.

Gross Profit – The total Gross Profit of the material/labor/totals for the WTD within the report.

Gross Margin – The total Gross Margin % of the material/labor/totals for the WTD within the report.

Avg $ Per Call – The average dollar material/labor/totals per visit.

Report Avg $ – The average dollar material/labor/totals per visit across the entire report regardless of WTD.

Diff. – The differences between Avg $ Per Call vs Report Avg $.
