In this article, we will cover how to locate and utilize the Operational Email Report for those that have purchased the FieldCentral Connect add on feature.
This report will help ensure you are able to manage the emails that you send to your customers and action the emails that run into an issue and either bounce or a customer has unsubscribed from.
Once you have logged into your FieldCentral Web account, navigate to the Main Menu and select Reports.
Scroll to the bottom and select Operational Emails.
Use the filters available to search by Template Type, Status and/or Date range.
Once satisfied, click Retrieve to generate the list of emails.
Users can also use the “Report” button to print or download the list.
To locate and action those emails which have bounced, failed or dropped for any reason click the needs attention icon on the quick access bar and select Emails.
In the action column there is an option to resubscribe or remove. By selecting “remove” the user will remove the notification not the information.
