Having trouble connecting to QBO? Try this first...
You can check for QuickBooks Online outages at this link: Intuit Developer Group Status
If there is not an outage follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue

GoToMaint > Utilities > Menu Configuration > Select ADMIN > Select users on top right > Select the Admin > More Options... > See if it has QBO data and says "Connected".



Congrats you should now have gotten a connection successful pop-up from QuickBooks. Verify its connected again in HindSite in the additional options page.
How to disconnect and reconnect to HSQ
- Follow the same steps from step 1 above to get back to the Additional Options page.

Click the admin user, and Click More options.

Select Disconnect.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to reconnect QuickBooks online.
