RECOVERING CANCELLED VISITS

If visits were canceled in mass and need to be recovered, this is how to do it. *Note Canceled visits cannot be restored but the list of canceled visits can be retrieved in order for them to be recreated.

Click on the full menu bar and select visits


Open the visits page


On the left select show all visits. The toggle should be blue and say all. Use the 3 lines on the status column to filter “Canceled” so it is displaying the information needed. 
The filters on the left can also be used for specific WTD or date range. 


That will pull up the list of visits that were canceled.
