What is the Route Review report?
This report is an overview of how efficient your crews time is spent day by day. The report reviews the crews schedule by the estimated man hours vs the amount of hours logged to identify days that fall outside of the selected % variance. Quickly identify if certain crews/days of the week/ or WTDs have are under or over the estimated hours.
Here's a rough breakdown of what the user will see when running the Route Review Report.
Crew Name – Identifies which crew you are reviewing
Month– month of the year in which the services took place
Week of– which week within the month the services took place
Actual Hours/Estimated Hours (by day) – the hours the crew spent actually onsite vs how much time was budgeted for the service
