In this article we will cover the an overview of the Property Summary via the Scheduling Page
Once users have logged into FieldCentral, they will navigate to the Schedule page, either via the Main Menu or quick action panel on the left hand side of the screen.
Users will locate the property via the search field and then select the Property Summary icon just to the right of the search bar.
The numbers represent the priorities tab, the first number is how many scheduled visits were incomplete or missed on the schedule/route. The second would be the number of Visits To Do (VTD) for the selected property that have not been placed on the schedule/route yet.
Lets review each of the tabs…
Priorities Tab: Will show any visits to do, incomplete, or missed visits
Scheduled Visits Tab: Will show incompletes, missed, or future scheduled/routed visits
Communications Tab: (If FieldCentral Connect is enabled) This will show emails and text messages sent to the customer.
Sales Tab: Will show contracts/seasonal agreements for the customer
Notes Tab: Will show all changes made to the property account, when the change happened, and the user linked to those changes. Notes can also be added on this tab. (ex: notating a call)
Reminders Tab: Will show reminders created for this account or users can create new reminders. Add a reminder with the “+” button in the top right of the reminders tab. These can repeat or be one time reminders.
