SCHEDULING PAGE: SEARCHING FOR A PROPERTY & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

In this article we will cover the scheduling page and some of the basics, you as the user, will need to know in order to locate customer properties and review account information.


Once you have logged into FieldCentral, users are able to access the Schedule Page either through the Main Menu or the Quick Action panel. 

On the Schedule page users will use the Search field to begin either typing a Customer Name, Address, Property Name or Name of a Management Company. 

Each of these will be represented by one of the three icons:

  • Person Icon: Contact (will require the user to select the property associated with the contact to continue)
  • House Icon: Property (single location & no additional selections will be needed to continue)
  • Building Icon: Management Company (manages more than one property and will require the user to select the desired property)

If the selected property has more than one associated contact, the user can select the contact from the drop down menu under the property name. 

*** Note: Whichever contact is selected, additional corresponding information will be displayed in the additional fields around it. 

These fields are customizable and can be established within the FieldCentral Settings > Schedule View section.
