      Sendgrid First time Login Instructions

      This article covers how to login to sendgrid for the first time.

      1. Go to app.sendgrid.com in your browser
      2. If you did not receive a username from the Product Specialist, click forgot username and enter the email used on the connect order form. If you did enter it here and select continue.
      3. Click “Forgot password”
      4. Follow the reset instructions emailed
      5. Next fill out the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) items. First will be email and second will be either with the Authy App or SMS (text message) authentication
      6. Enter username and password
      7. Enter in the 2FA code
