Unsubscribed Emails - Resubscribe in Sendgrid

This article covers how to handle unsubscribed accounts and how to resubscribe customers to receive emails with given consent. 

1. Login to sendgrid
2. Click suppressions on the left side
3. Click Global Unsubscribes or Group Unsubscribes (the next steps are the same for both pages)

1. Search by email
2. Check the box to the left of the email address
3. Click the selection box on the top right
4. Click delete selected global or group unsubscribe
