In this article we will cover how a user will utilize the Mass Scheduling feature for managing their Visits To Do within FieldCentral.
Knowing how to use this feature will help ensure all visits are addressed for your customers, in addition to being a scheduling time saver for you and your team!
Once you have curated the list of Visits To Do you wish to schedule (see resource here), click the “Mass Schedule” button.
Options Panel:
- Click “Show options Panel”
- Toggle “on” to show scheduled visits. It will show if any technicians are scheduled for the day selected on the map.
- Use the 2 dropdowns available to select any color rules available for visibility

Using the Map:
- The pins on the map each represent a visit from the curated Visits To Do log.
- To move which part of the map you are viewing, use the hand icon at the top of the map and move as needed.
- Click the arrow box on the bottom right to zoom in and out
To select a group of pins to mass schedule, users can either drag a shape around them or select each one by one.
Once the selection has been made, a log of those visits will populate on the left portion of the screen.
Once ready to mass schedule the user will confirm the date, time and crew to assign to.
Note: If there are 3 or more visits selected, click “Optimize Route” for visits to be automatically put in the most optimal route for the crew.
Once all selections have been made, click “Schedule”. A window will appear for final approval to schedule before placing the visits on the calendar.
